You have to connect it with your system, desktop, or laptop and control your mouse movements and clicks. Also, its built-in software lets you customize it according to your needs.

This one is a smartphone that allows completely hands-free usage. It is a modified version of the Google Nexus 5. It is meant for people with limited body movement, like ones suffering from spinal cord injury or paralysis. It is Android-based so you can download apps and games and play them using your head movements.
